OT; 5 day pouch test recipes/book
I am so mad at myself, I have gained 5 lbs!!! It is driving me crazy because I still have not gotten all of my pregnancy weight off. I have no disclipline, zippo. I keep putting off doing the 5 day pouch test but if I plan on fitting into my clothes instead of buying new ones then I gotta do something!!
So, my question... does anyone have the 5 day pouch test book that they would be willing to email me a few of the recipes from (other than what are already listed on the website)? Or, would you be willing to sell your book? I don't really want to spend the money the site wants for it.

I got through it. It wasn't really that hard. Just made me realize how many carbs I was eating and didn't realize it.
I didn't lose any weight that week. But most people do lose a few pounds. Although getting those carbs out of my system was just what I needed.
I have lost about 4 lbs since doing the test. And am still counting calories, eliminating all breads, rice and pasta, and drinking as much water as I can. Although, it's not enough.

You are too sweet! There is a book and it says it has oodles of recipes in it. I have tried to google more recipes but haven't found many. I just don't want to get bored after 2 days with the recipes they have but I really have to do something! I would look on half.com but work blocks it.

OK...I just ordered the book - God knows I could use it and if I'd realized there was a book I'd have ordered it some time ago! Maybe it'll motivate me to actually do something myself.

Awesome, maybe we can do the diet together! I did print some of the recipes up from the website and figured I could at least add them to my list of dinner recipes. I will eat anything that does not involve fish/seafood/tofu of any kind. :-) I will send you a PM with my email address.
