A rant on a friday

OK so we haven't done this in a bit - but I need to vent...

I have had the week from hell at work - crazy busy, understaffed, long hours, screaming cranky customers you name it. not to mention that I have this darn itchy rash that is driving me bananas! So hubby just calls me and says that if I want to tomorrow, while he is at work I can cut the grass... UM NO! I only have to cook, clean, do laundry and paint the bedroom upstairs. Not like I'll be busy or anything! So I asked him why he wants me to do it - here he just doesn't feel like it... I told him I would trade - he only has a few responsibilities during the week - take the trash out, put the trash and recycling out on friday (which he forgot again today), empty litter boxes and empty the dishwasher. UGH!

I know - I'm whining - but sometimes he just ticks me off! lol

SO ladies - do you have a rant or a rave?

I think your hubby and my hubby should get together for a pizza. So funny!! They forget that somehow magically all the other things in the house seem to get done. HMMMMMM.....house fairies is what I tell my hubby. I dont think its whining I think its letting it go a little so you can not wanna strangle hime.

I am just sick of my husband family most days. Most live here but they cant be bothered to spend time with us or our kids. Thats crazy to me. Its like we are not even here.
Only other big things are the damn shots in my hips that are starting to bleed now and the braxton hicks already. I dont remember them so early maybe cause my last son started with real contractions at 28 weeks. So fake ones man I LOVE those!!!

Smile Liz. After as long as I have been with my husband, 17 years and married 12 1/2 he still forgets I do most things and he just does things I have a hard time with. It gets better though!! At least they can acknowledge it.

Big Hugs!!!

I love my hubby and he is usually very good to me - just ticks me off sometimes!

I joke about the house faries too!

Looks like we are all *itching today!! My hubby has been good to me lately. My rant is my mother.

Who since my brothers EX gf  had this baby a month ago has barely spent anytime with my kids. Doesnt call me or doesnt bother was mad at me cause i didnt call her for 2 days? WTH are you kidding me? Im emotional and pregnant and pissy because my 28  almost 29 yr old brother has a full time job making 550 plus a week, STILL lives at home pays no bills to live there. Help clean nothing buys no food for the house and in all honesty is a damn freeloader and mom lets it happen. WHY?  because my brother had it rough growing up. Add/ ADHD, I think its all Bull*hit now and he need to grow up!!! Not to mention his ex gf comes and stays at my parents house 2-3 days a week and doesnt help pay for anything she eats. My mom buys formula and diapers for this baby. Oh and we dont even know if its my brothers yet cause she hasnt done any paper work for a DNA test!!!

DONT GET ME STARTED!!!!

thats my whine, rant for the day!!!

Wow - Your hubby suffers from MABOON (Male Baboon) Syndrome too? If you think about it, this is actually a GOOD situation.  By you being at work (and I'm assuming several miles away from your DH), there is no chance of you inflicting immediate harm to him for that stupid question.  I suppose you could mow the lawn but do so by cutting "crop circle" letters into the grass, spelling "F-U".  Do you think he'd ask you to mow again? LOL

I took your rant and ran with it.  I'm having iron, MAFOON and irritability issues BIG TIME.  Need I say more?

Hope your evening wasn't a total loss!

Hugs,

I would've just started laughing at him and hung up. Dave made the mistake of doing that once...years ago. When he came home, I had a list written up with all my responsibilities and one with his responsibilities. Mine had fifty things on it. His had five. I said "Still want to trade?" He quietly got up and went to mow the grass....never asked again.

Men-ugh!
