Thank you/Another Question...
Hi There....
Thank you to all *****plied to me earlier this week regarding facial cream and carseats (not to be used together...lol) and sock bandit...so sorry I did not respond to everyone personally...this week has been CRAZY with work....and I have been so tired.....
Anyway, I got some GREAT ideas on carseats from you all...I soooooooooooo appreciate it...we will be making a decision regarding the one to buy in the next few weeks....
Also, I found some of the Mustela but I got the bebe cream instead of the Hydra Stick....going to just order it online in case the pedi tomorrow says to try cedafil like some of you recommended...the little bumps have not gone away yet...ugh.....I will let you know how it goes...
Finally, another stupid question....Nathan is FINALLY taking his baths in the big tub....the big tub meaning our bigger tub...the other one is upstairs and I do not feel like carting him up and down (more so from fearing I would fall with him)....soooooooooooo....it is deep....do you know of any kind of tub item to make him maybe sit a little higher....also, I think I need a stool....my knees and back are killing me bending down....I know, stupid....but wondered if you all have any suggestions on items....
Thanks soooooooooo much ladies....xoxoxo
Ann

I missed your original post on carseats and lotion - but LOL on the idea that they are somehow linked! We always used Cetaphil for our kids, but more for dry skin than anything. Our ped. recommended it too.
Here's the bath seat/elbow support we used for Emma. But use of baby bath seats is controversial, and has contributed to a lot of accidents. FYI: The Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA) certifies two brands of bath seats: Safety 1st and The First Years. I know you don't have that luxury, but I had DH help me with baths when my back was really sore from bending over. If he wasn't able to help, there were times I'd just bring one of the kids in the shower with me.
A better (and safer) option is a tub insert used with a kneeler. We loved this one as it travels easily, deflates for storage, and is portable.
This tub kneeler helped some too:
My dear friend's daughter has special needs and has an adjustable shower chair like this, but is probably not the best suited for a baby

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.....I might get me a tub insert....I remember seeing Erika put Josiah in the duck and that may work for us too.....thanks so much....yea, I had that same tub seat and he hated it...and I did not feel like I was getting him all the way clean on the underside :)
I could just go spray him down out back too :) JKKKKKKKKKKK
