Update on my mom
Thank you everyone for your prayers and well wishes. I am sorry I didn't respond to everyone but I have been running on warp speed.
My mom did have a sciatic/TIA stroke not really sure what it means because I have not even had the time to research it yet. She will need minimum PT and more aggressive OT for a while. She was released today and is now home with me. She can walk with assistance but has limited control of her right arm and even less of her right hand. She can not wright, but she can read and point to things just fine. She is in FULL control of her mental faculties, lol. She does get frustrated and angry at times which is to be expected. She is doing great and we are all very happy to have her home with us and back to her old self.
Thank you again for every ones prayers they were heard and fulfilled.
On another subject Kris and I decided to spring for the 4D ultrasound to find out the gender. We go in on the 28th when I will be 15w1d. So everyone think PINK!!

I am glad that you were able to take your Mom home and hopes she gets better soon. My father had a stroke and like your Mom was physically, not mentally, impaired. It can be very hard on someone, especially if they are used to being independent. I hope for the best. Good Luck on the u/s! Thinking PINK!
