Baby Monitor Question
So question,
Do any of you have a baby monitor that can be used in multiple rooms? I'm assuming they make a video monitor that would have a camera for each room, but do they make standard monitors for two rooms?
The twins are going to be 15 months when the new baby arrives and cricket will be sleeping in our room for at least the first two months. When did you guys take the monitors out of the room? I'm thinking 17 months is old enough to go without a monitor, but what the hell do I know.
I just don't want to have a situation where I have two separate monitors and static supreme from interference.

I still have Emad's monitor in his room, I guess more for me than him. His nursery is next to our room so I could probably hear him....who knows. I think it is up to your personal comfort level on that.
There are monitors that are sold with multiple remotes that can be used in dual locations.
I know Safety First and Fisher Price both make them.

There are many others....just have to find one you like.
Hope that helps.
I still have Jackson's monitor in his room, and he is 2 1&2. Since we live in a two story, it helps me to hear him and since he has asthma I like to have it on when he is sick. But since the time he was 18months, we haven't used it every night because he calls out momma when he gets up. Good luck.

I use 2 monitors. Well, I still have one in Kellen's room and I also babysit 2 days a week so I use one in another room also when both of them are sleeping. I haven't had any issues with interference but they are are two different brands. When Holden and I are in the pool, I lay both receivers next to eachother so I can hear them when outside.
Yeah, I still have one in Kellen's room at 2 yrs old. Our house is next to a freeway so it's very soundproof - I can hardly hear him crying a few rooms down, plus I have to leave his door shut while he's sleeping otherwise he escapes. LOL.

Sorry for no advice...Nathan is 9 months today and still in our room (well just with me since Nate is not here yet).....I have been thinking about how hard it will be to move him out...I don't know what I am going to do...our house is 2 story and all the other bedrooms are upstairs....ugh....
I hope you find what you are looking for.....let us know what you decide...I bought an inexpensive monitor and have not even used it since he is still in our room...UGH.....
Take care,
Ann
