Well - round 2 went great yesterday. Minus the fact that my cervix is still not dilating. However, Drew passed the BPP and NST with flying colors. He was even sucking on his arm - what a monkey - it was cool to watch though. So I go back to the doctor tomorrow - we will see what is said then. I'm 41 weeks today and so ready. I've been so miserable because I can't sleep with the combination of uncomfortableness and the anxiousness. I feel bad for everyone around me. I'm normally a really happy, laid back person. I know it's all the pregnancy emotions but it's just not me and it sucks. I'm ready to start getting back to semi-normalness.

Now - my "what the heck is this" info. I've never been pregnant so I have no clue what is going on. As mentioned, my cervix is not dilating at all. I went to the bathroom  yesterday and when I whiped there was a big glob of mucusy stuff. It wasn't tainted pink, no blood, very clear actually. Was this part of my plug? Or something else? It only happened that once, nothing since. I have no cramping. Only having normal BH contractions. I'm just confused. I got excited because I thought maybe it was the beginning of SOMETHING, ANYTHING?!? Please someone tell me that it is!! LoL.

So there is my rant and my rave for today.

Ok, granted it's been 5 years since I went through this BUT sounds to me like you lost your mucous plug! Which is a reeeally good thing in your case!
Hope you're holding your lil guy soon ...

Sounds like the plug to me. Always helped after that for me to walk and do a lot of standing. The pressure helped my boys get me dialating!! At least its a step forward!! I hope it all goes well for you and very soon!!

I never lost my plug, but from everything I read in the books I had (well, have), it DOES sound like losing your plug.  I hope that means Drew is on his way~ Text or call me and keep me posted!  *hugs*

It sounds like your plug to me as well.  I think this is the beginning of something big for you!!
Hope he comes on his own!
I lost my plug over the course of 2 weeks...here and there!  I thought I had lost it all, but then a day or 2 later, there was more....so don't be alarmed if there is more.
Try to enjoy these last days as much as possible!  I know how much you want him here, but once he is here, he is here for life!  You can't put him back in!! LOL!!

I cant help you with what it is, but it sounds promising! Good luck, hope that baby comes soon. I know how awful it can be to wait even longer than full term...my first was 41 weeks and 3 days!

Like Rebecca, I lost mine over a matter of days.  In the hospital it was bloody and I'm assuming THAT was my bloody show.  But yeah, sounds like the plug.  Mine looked like the BIGGEST LOOGY EVER.

GOOD LUCK!
