Big Ultrasound! 20 weeks

We went for our big u/s today. It went really well. The baby was waving at us and moving around. I was told that I will have to come in again for another one in 5 weeks just to make sure baby still looks perfect. We also decided not to find out the gender. I was also told that I won't be allowed to go past 40 weeks. I am happy about this for money reasons. I have used my deductible for my health insurance this year already so by having the baby in 2009 it will not cost us a dime! We will also be able to use the baby as a deduction on our taxes which we need so badly so we can pay down our truck loan and sell it so we can afford daycare. I really hope I don't need to be induced tho. I have heard that is not ideal and sometimes not very pleasant. We'll just have to wait and see. I am going to try to post a picture. I hope it works!

Ashlie~ I am sooo glad your appt went so well! He/She looks beautiful! haha! Was it sooo hard not to find out the sex? OMG I would die! You are half way thru your pregnancy coool huh? I bet you and the hubs are soooo happy today!

This u/s made it sooo much more real for us! It was very hard not to find out the sex! I wanna know but I don't. LOL! It's like the baby is a real live baby now and not just a little bean. It was just the most insane experience!!

Congrats!! What will power you have for not finding out!!! I think it would be so cool to wait.. but for financial reasons and because I can't wait for anything we found out the first time and will find out again this time too lol........... just cant' help myself!!
