Glad you and the family are doing well, but where has the time gone?!  Being a parent accelerates everything, doesn't it?  Gorgeous family and you're looking great too!  Good luck with the doctor appointment and I'll say a prayer that it isn't Crohn's.  Chronic pain sucks.  Glad you finally went to the dr's and I hope you find relief very soon.
