OT: More to Love

 I watched the first episode and it annoyed me so much with all the crying about wanting to be loved and their weights being noted next to their name and age that I vowed not to watch another episode.    

I saw the 1st show and couldn't believe they had their weights up there WTF??? That guy is a total tool... he is so sleazy and a perv!!! The way some of them dress doesn't surprise me - in my former fatty days I ALWAYS went out to the bars with a "boobie shirt" on because I knew that was the only way a guy would have looked at me. I was right most of the time.
I don't think I can watch anymore - the guy alone makes me want to vomit!

I worry that the women on that show will give plus sized women a bad name. I have always been overweight and I have never had a problem finding a man. I always had issues w/ self esteem and body image but that didn't stop me from meeting guys and going on dates or prom etc... Some of the women on the show seem so damn deseprate and pathetic. I do feel bad for a few of them because I know it is hard living in a fat suit but you do have some control over your life. I never let my weight hold me back from anything. Period. The guy on the other hand is pretty cute and I do like that he likes the curvy girls but he is really moving fast with some of them and in the end is going to break their hearts. I don't think that is a fair thing to do. He has made out with half of them already and its only day #2 for heaven sake! As for posting their weights - WTF is that about???!! It's already sad enough that they are doing a "special show" just for the fat girls but to then post their weights! Why? That is just disgusting that these girl are being used for ratings. I just hope this doesn't mess them up more than they already are!

I was so going to post this same message...lol....glad you got it started...

I am a MAJOR reality show junkie so I decided to watch the show...and frankly am embarrassed....the guy is a perv major and he does not seem genuine.....but what reality shows are....lol....anyway, I too am sad that they are exploiting overweight women....allowing them to dress the way they are and showing major self esteem issues.....very sad....

While I LIKELY will watch the rest out of curiousity I am sad :(

On the other hand, someone told me today that the rumor is that Ed has cheated on Jillian already....TWICE from Bachelorette.....ugh....but I continue to watch....lol
