how long did it take to get pg after an early mc?

We got pregnant in the first month of trying, and the first month off bc. lost it 4 weeks along. now I'm just wondering what to expect from here. How long did it take you after a loss? Thanks!

in March 2006 I found I was pregnant.  my beta doubled once from 15 to 31 and then dropped. I was around 4.5 weeks.

27 days later I was pregnant with my dear Kaida.

I was never told to wait so I treated the m/c as a period and I ovulated 2 weeks ish later.

Had one 1st of March and have not had another period since which is when they consider this pregnancy from. Good luck girl!!

We got pregnant our first time trying too after WLS then had a miscarriage at 8 weeks and it took us a year to get pregnant again! Hope yours goes ALOT faster than that!!

Oh my a year, thats really discouraging. I really hope it doesn't take us that long.  Do you know why it took that long for you?

We have no idea why, we actually went to a fertility specialist and were getting ready to start a plan of action as they found no reason why I was not getting pregnant but since I was 38 at the time we decided to move fast BUT before we could start anything I was pregnant on my own!

It was very discouaring for me and I was having a hard time! If you are under 35 most docs will want you to wait a year of trying before they will over assistance if you are over 35 help is easier to get!

Thank you for the information, that only thing that Worries me is that I have PCOS, and I'm nto sure how my body is going to react without the bc and how long it will stay normal, I guess it's just a waiting game for me.

I had severe PCOS before WLS but I was one of the lucky ones because after the WLS it seems to go away and I was like clockwork!
I did wish you luck but depending on how long it has been it wouldn't hurt to ask your doc especially with the PCOS!

I have an appt with my doctor Oct 14th if I'm not regular again by then I'm opign that I will get something to get back in order. I have never tried before, so this whole thing really makes me so nervous and I'm expecting the worse, and hoping for the best. Congrats on your boy what is his name going to be? Are you all ready for him?

My Hubby and I went thru the exact same thing got pg first month off bc, (not even really trying) had a MC at 5 weeks 6 days.  Was told wait one cycle, did that and now were trying again.  I am 6DPO on my first actively trying cycle, so I should start testing in a week or so....
