Monday Weigh IN!

Mine was perfect. 183 on the nose. Last week I was 185.2 so I lost 2.2 pounds this week. I love weighing on the nose and not being an ounce or two over. It makes me happy... This is the lowest I have been in 17 years. I was 184 after Reagan was born but only for a minute. I gained between her and Riley up to 227, gained after Riley to 240. I always gain after having kids. I do great with pregnancy and gain tons nursing.

That is AWESOME!!! Keep up the good work. I wish that I could get back down to pre-preg. weight and size.

Hey, how many calories do you eat each day?  I have decided I need to start counting calories and holding myself accountable.  My scale has been creeping up ever since I started jogging :(

329 (pre-op) 167 (4-22-10) 150 (lowest and goal Summer 07)

I eat around 1400 a day. That is my limit, I try not to go over. If I have 3 days in a row of 1200 - 1300, I might allow myself to go over 1400 for a day but most of the time I am satisfied with my food that I don't need to add. According to thedailyplate.com I could eat another 800 a day and still lose but I am not buying it!

My best advice is to keep track of your calories for a few days and then cut them slowly. When I am at goal, I am going to add 100 a day each wee****il I figure out how many I can eat a day and maintain.

I am so proud of you Jennifer! I didn't weigh - I forgot and honestly, I am sure the scale has gone up. Booo!

That is awesome, Jennifer!  I think it's great that you have set reasonable goals for yourself and then achieved them.

I weighed 156.2 this morning and was 158.0 last week, for a loss of 1.8 pounds.  I probably could have done better, but I haven't slept well this past week, and when I get up in the middle of the night, I eat.  I have the power to stop this, but I guess I just had kind of an "I don't care" attitude about it this week.  I will definitely try to do better.  My ultimate goal is to get to 140 - somewhere I have nver been before.  My lowest, post surgery, was 148, and that lasted about a week, maybe??  I'll try it; if I can't maintain it, I will be happy around 150.

Congratulations!!! You are so close to your lowest and I think you will see it soon. Isn't it funny how we both were only at our lowest for a short time. I remember the day I weighed 184 and then I had an appointment a few weeks later and was 190, then 215 when I had my plastics. I look forward to learning how to maintain.

Just putting in my comment, still 250 but still pregnant I was so happy at 180, size 11 go**** seems so far away now. But you are doing a fantastic job! Have you stayed at 1400 the whole time you been losing or have you decreased when you lost 10 or more lbs? Just asking because I know when I did WW I lost a point every 10 pounds.

I don't ever want to cut calories lower so I have increased the exercise instead. I allow a range from 1300 - 1500 but I was staying around 1300 so then I changed it and put a ceiling of 1400. I occasionally go over but not very often.

I'm sure the weight will come off you pretty fast. You already know how to do it and have a plan in place. You are lucky that you look good at 180. I don't lol. My BMI is still obese. 31.26 I think it was this morning. About 7 more pounds until I am just overweight.
