We have central AC and a pool!  I'm spoiled!  Otherwise, I'd be melting.  :-) Or spending every waking moment at the mall!  LOL!

Not too well I might say...LOL  We were supposed to move into our new house which has AC on July 15th...well that has been held off until August 14th...so needless to say...we are dying!!!!  LOL  We have a portable cooler in our bonus room...so I sit in front of it on the couch and watch tv...I hate daytime TV...LOL  The kids are spending most of their time at the lake.  Its so funny too...because the whole family is sleepin in the bonus room in front of the A/C.  

I'm glad you are spoiled...I can't imagine being pregnant with twins in this weather with no A/C.  Your hubby takes good care of you :)

Whenever I have leg cramps its due to low potassium, even though my blood work has never showed it low. I eat a banana before bed (life saver) and take a potassium pill, especially when I am trying to lose weight the cramps are terrible if I don't take the potassium I have actually blacked out from the pain. Good Luck, and drink lots of water.

I told my doctor I needed them so I wouldn't get the cramps he didn't say anything negative or tell me not to. Gosh I hope so I been taking them the whole time.

Just a side note, you should ask your doctor before taking any potassium suppliment. But, you can try some foods high in potassium (more than 225 milligrams per 1/2 c. serving). I have listed them below:

Apricots (fresh more so than canned)
Avocado
Banana
Cantaloupe
Honeydew
Kiwi
Lima beans
Milk
Oranges and orange juice
Potatoes (can be reduced to moderate by soaking peeled, sliced potatoes overnight before cooking)
Prunes
Spinach
Tomatoes
Vegetable juice
Winter squash

When the foot cramps wake you up in the night try putting your feet flat against the wall, then move to a COLD floor (as in the tile in the bathroom) and/or get a golf ball and roll your foot over it as hard as you can tolerate.  The potasium/banana thing is also helpful.  This next one is weird, but people swear by it... put a bar of soap in your sheets by your foot.  I don't know the brand to use but I'm sure you can google it.  Good luck, I'm sorry about the MS, that is NO fun!

Congrats on another great appointment, though I'd hate to see a "not nice" uterus

I didn't really get the charlie horse cramps, but I did have RLS toward the end of the pregnancy.  Tanya suggested Icy Hot and it was a lifesaver.  I didn't read the reply posts here, but I know there is a vitamin/supplement you can use to help (one of the B complex maybe?).

Glad things are progressing well and I'm anxious to hear the results of your next ultrasound.
