Pirate Mommy!!!

is STILL in labor!  She finally got an epidural a few hours ago (going on 29 hours or something like that!) and is hoping to rest before the big push.  She's 100% effaced but only at something like a 4 with a 1 station.  Lydia is doing great with the pitocin, heartrate is good and her water FINALLY broke a little bit ago too.  I know this isn't the birth PM wanted but in the end she'll have her precious baby, and thats what its all about!  I'll post more when I can, hopefully by tomorrow morning!

I'm tired just reading about her, lol.  Sounds like everything is going good thus far which is nice to hear. 

I bet she is so happy to be getting toward the end of this. It always is hard when the plan does not go how we plan but our beautiful baby in the end is all that matters!! Cant wait to hear about the birth and see some pictures!!

That is insane! She has had more labor with one then I had with all 5 of my labors. I hope she goes quickly from this point on.

 Poor thing, you are almost done!!!  I hope Lydia takes it easy on you the rest of thru the rest of the birth process.  I can't wait to hear your birth story, and I am sure Lydia will just love it when she is a teenager.  :-)

BTW I LOVE that name.  It was one I had picked out growing up.

well, at least there's progress, right?!  NOT what a laboring woman wants to hear.  I hope things progress quickly since you posted Donna and I can't wait for the final birth story (and pictures of course).

Thanks for they update!  Please let her know she is in my thoughts and prayers as she nears delivery!!!

Donna~ Thanks for the update...she has been in my prayers. Dear lord I thought my 26 hours and then a c-section was bad. Please let her know I am thinking of her if you get the chance okay. Shari
