Need some answers 17 weeks preggers

Can anyone give me some feedback on your weight gain with weight loss surgery.... I had surgery back in 2006 and now preggers in 2009. I'm due the first week on Jan 2010. Well I'm 17 weeks and have no baby bump nor have I gained a pound and can wear all my regular clothes, I'm starting to wonder if that little girl is really in there! Any feedback would be helpful...

Congratulations on your pregnancy!  What you're experiencing is quite *normal*, especially (from what I've read) if you've had a tummy tuck.  I did not have a TT, but I did not gain any weight until the last trimester.  Because I was so early out from surgery, I actually lost more than I gained during pregnancy.  I didn't really look pregnant until the 3rd trimester either, and other than a few pairs of jeans, I wore my same clothes throughout the whole pregnancy.  Sounds like you're right on and before you know it, your little girl will start kicking and flipping so much that you'll have no doubts that she's in there.  And then one day you'll look down and realize you can use your big baby belly as a shelf

I am 21 weeks now and have lost 17 pounds. I have a little bump but honestly you can only see it if I wear something tight fitting. You would never know any other time. :)

 I will be a year out of surgery on 8/29. I did gained 4 lbs and lost it all plus a 1lb. I do however have a much noticeable bump. But  i can still wear my size 8 jeans just unbuttoned. You will be showing in no time!!

god luck!! when did you find out you were having a girl??

I am very early out so I know that's a little different but I have not gained an ounce. I have lost 60lbs since becoming pregnant actually and in no way can you tell that I am pregnant by looking at me. The doctors assure me baby is great and growing as normal though, thank God!
