17 weeks appt and BIG U/S Info!!
Well today was my 17 week appt. I will 17 weeks tomorrow. The baby is doing very good. Heartbeat was at 165. I am holding still at 166-167. So that's same weight as from the beginning. I have started to feel like flutteres, When I wake up in the morning I lay on my back and right below my belly button there is a hard bump. Then I feel the fluttering. The Dr. said that it's the uterus and the baby. YAH!!! I SCHEDULED MY BIG U/S APPT!!! They were booked out til the 17th. So that will put me at 20 weeks. I am SOOO EXCITED!! I want a girl but I have this feeling it's a Girl! So I will let you all know then. When is all your big U/S appt days? Any on my day?

I have not been on this site forever, but now I'm here again...I'm glad that I found someone that is 17 weeks too. Well you pretty much answered my question. I too have not gained a pound yet and really was wondering if I was eating enough, I go to the doctor on Thur. so was gonna follow up on that. I have just a hard bump right above my pubic bone area, and it seems like it is harder when I wake up. Do you ever just get like a cramping feeling in you lower abdomen?
April~ Yes I do get some crampy feelings but the Dr said that's normal. So i just bru**** off as the uterus growing. My Dr. told me that he will let me know when it's time to really start gaining weight. So again I am not worried about it. I have THE BELLY! So I know my little peanut is growing at least my belly is. hehe! You will get there. Wake up one morning and say DAMN where did that come from!

Sounds like a very healthy and active baby! Don't you just love those little flutters? Wait until s/he is kicking you or pushing. This is when it makes me sad that fathers can't experience it too LOL.

DS:9 yrs old / DD:5 yrs old / DS: 1 yr old
Our big u/s is next Friday - 8/7. We are getting a level 2 u/s. Im not sure what that entails though. We just changed our minds and have decided not to find out what we are having. I honestly don't care if it's a boy or girl. I will be super excited for either!! I can't wait to find out what you guys are having! :-)
