I can't use cheap diapers they always leak.  I either do huggies or luvs--they seem to do the trick.  Good luck to ya!  Penni

hi cooper!...my name is jayson... im 9 months old and my mommy calls me pee pee boy... she says i pee more then a waterfall.... i think its time you get a bigger diaper.. plus the cruisers look cooler... she tries huggies on me.. but because i have fat little legs they never formed a dam as my mommy called it... want to know a secret? sometimes i just pee on mommy to see how fast she can jump back... it helps to know this when you are crawling so you can get into stuff you shouldnt!

Two of my 3 boys went through this same stage.  The solution that REALLY worked for me was Diaper Doublers.  I get mine at Stop and Shop but they carry a different brand, same idea at Babies R Us I sometimes buy in a pinch.  It's basically like a big menstrual pad with no sticky part.  It goes inside the diaper.  I used them at night and it allows him to go all night on one diaper (he doesn't poop at night anymore).  I only had to use them for a few months before they outgrew the liquid to diaper capacity ratio.

Definitely jump up to the new diaper size.  I tend to wait a long time to change sizes as well, but as soon as I switch I always berate myself for not doing it sooner.

I am not alone, neither are you.

aww, but with a face like that, peeing on you is so forgivable!  He's so cute!   I noticed with my daughter and the parent's choice diapers (wal-mart brand), they said a certain weight, but my daughter always wore a diaper that the weight was too high for her.   Like she started wearing size 6 diapers and it said 35+ lbs and she was like 28 lbs (I think) when she started wearing them.   Yeah, you get less diapers for the same amount of money when you go up in sizes, but it's better than being peed on!  lol

She's been wearing size 6's forever and I guess it just depends on the baby's hips and body shape around that area to what size diaper they wear!   I am trying to potty train her right now though and it's working really well, so we might be done soon with the whole diaper thing!

Hit goal weight of 140 at 13 months out from RNY!! 130 pounds GONE!

When we were pregnant with my son ...my best friend had a 2 month old.  And their best advice to me about little boys was "point the peter down"  It helps with less leaks :)

Three boys worth of experience has taught me exactly what everyone else is saying... Point him down and put him in Huggies. I would also suggest moving to the next size. When they start outsoaking diapers, that means its time to move on regardless of the limits.
