I peed on my mom

Hello,

My name is Cooper.  I am almost 6 weeks old. Last night I peed through my pajamas three times.

My mom is getting irritated at me.  Yesterday I peed on her clothes 2 minutes before it was time to leave for church ! 

I am probably about 12lbs big, but the diapers say they go up to 15lbs.  Do you think I should move up to the next size (size 3) or maybe my mom is diapering me wrong !?!? 

She thinks I am paying her back for the penis-cleaning she forced on me the other day, but it's not true!  I don't know why these leaks are happening.

It's important we find an answer as my mom is going to open a box of 242 size 2 diapers soon.... and if they go to waste she will charge me for the cost!

You may need to jump to next size. I find that I change to the next size a few pounds before the "recommended" size chart. That is probably the issue. Try that and see!

PS, I got peed on twice yesterday too. But that was due to daddy diapering. He still puts them on crooked!

Must be a daddy thing.....My daddy puts my diapers on crooked too!!

I would suggest not opening that size 2 box and going up a size.  Sadie never once made it to the recommended weight before we had to move her up a size.    She never actually got too big just would wet through.   Sounds like that mommy of yours is one smart cookie!!

HAD THIS EXACT PROBLEM WHEN NY WAS NEWBORN AND I SEE MR. COOPER WEARING PAMPERS...SWITCH TO HUGGIES! NEVER HAD A LEAK AGAIN, AND THEY ARE SUPER ABSORBANT. I DONT KNOW IF THEY MAKE HUGGIES OVERNIGHTS IN SIZE 2 BUT THOSE ARE FANTASTIC!!

Are you making sure you have his little penis pointed down and the tabs are snug?  Matthew is almost 5 months old and just in the past couple of weeks started wearing size 2's.  He's around 16lbs now.

Oh yeah--that bubba needs a bigger diaper...hehe.

Make sure your mom points your penis downward before putting the last night diaper on.  Also, if the diaper doesn't go all the way up to the belly button, it's a good idea to try the next biggest size.  My mom eventually had to change brands and then I was dry (we went from Pampers to Huggies).  Even despite the accidents, you are a cutie and we weigh almost the same (I'm 11lbs 13ozs)!
