Tomorrow is WEIGH DAY!!
I hope you all have a great weigh in. I am due for a bigger loss if my pattern holds true it should be at least 3 pounds. I try so hard not to get my hopes up but how could I NOT lose weight when I am working so hard to lose?
I am on day 7 of my newest personal challenge to walk an hour a day, 7 days a week. It comes out to about 4.2 miles a day.

I hope you are surprised and have a good loss. I discovered that weeks when I make turkey chili, I retain tons of water and don't have a good loss. This week I made it on Monday after I weighed in so I had all week to get rid of the excess salt.
I also wonder if my weight loss will speed up now that I am on the proper vitamins. I was reading that lack of certain vitamins can stall weight loss.
