sorry, but have a ? concerning enemas & RNY

Hi.  There is a chance I'll be induced with this pregnancy as I have with my other 3. At the hospital I deliver at , they always give you an enema before they do anything else.  My question is: Is it safe to have an enema after having the RNY?  I didn't know if it would matter, but need to know.  THanks in advance!

Yeah it's safe - don't know why it wouldn't be. I've had to take a few due to massive constipation issues.

Needless to say, not going to the bathroom for 9 days straight.......several times during this pregnancy......i am a frequent user of enemas. I bought a 3 pack today at Walgreens, lmao.

I personally would do a enema/bowel cleanse at home prior to going into the hospital before the induction (Night before, etc..) I dont want no one sticking anything up there but me! LOL
