Hello ladies is there any exercise that we shouldn't do at 15 weeks. My DR said to do some type of exercise but didn't tell me like what i was thinking maybe bicycling or using the treadmill.

Mine said walking, at the time I wasn't doing anything in regards to exercise. If you are already doing something you could probably modfiy if it's uncomfortable at all and continue!

My doc said (and made me promise) to walk - if I do nothing else - everyday.

Good Morning!
From the research I have done, walking, yoga (secod trimester and on), and swimming seem to be best. I have always read and heard from doctors/midwives, etc.. that we should continue to exercise, but not to the point of exhaustion. I walk 4 miles at least every other day, and I am now 41 weeks preggo. I think it has greatly helped with my endurance, and I know it has helped me with weight gain. Good luck!
