Monday Weigh IN
I hope you all had great results!
And that's exactly what I saw... I've been feeling bloated so I figured it wasn't going to be pretty. Weight was 196 pounds this morning. I was hovering around 192 so things are headed in the wrong direction - this week it's getting serious about eating well and getting my work out in!
I did begin the 5 Day Pouch Test today. Not necessarily to lose weight but to try and get me more focused. I am hoping it helps get me in a better path of limiting carbs and concentrating on protein, good carbs, and no sugar. We will see.
I feel like the last 15 pounds I need to get off are never going to leave me. I think my body LOVES that jiggle on my gut and doesn't want to part with it!
I have also made a solid commitment to do at least 20 minutes of exercise each day this week. I have been lucky to get 3 days per week in. So I asked Johnny to help me stay motivated and make sure he "kindly" reminds me that I promised myself I would!
I am not going to be bummed and upset with myself. Only going to try harder this week and realize I am not perfect and to take the time to commit to get this weight off. We shall see how next monday pans out.

I hope Johnny is supportive of you and helps you to get in your exercise. My husband tries to be but last night he didn'****ch the kids for me so I could go walk in the rain. I really needed my last chance walk since I was so unsure of the sodium in the foods I ate yesterday. Sure enough bloated this morning and of course it is ALL HIS FAULT LOL.
I also wish I was one of those people who LOVED to clean......oh well, I am a slacker who needs yelled at, and I must embrace the lazy ass that I am......LOL

I officially got back on the wagon last Wednesday. The Click protein powder came in and I LOVE IT!! I add it to my morning coffee and it lasts me all morning...and only 120 calories! So - since then I have lost a little over 3lbs. I will use today as my cut off and do Monday's along with you all. I have 20 lbs until I am at pre baby weight...and then an additional 10-14 to go to be at my feeling good weight! I haven't started exercising yet because my arthritis has been acting up and I can barely walk let alone do anything else.
BTW... I have some of Kay's protein chips. Are you interested? I think I have quite a few chile that I will never eat. I can get them out in the mail this week.
