REceived a blessing yesterday

My Mom is a hair dresser and one of her long time clients had been in Rome (she knew all about the miscarriage etc) and visited the Vatican, well she brought back holy water so that me and my belly could be blessed. She is a very religious woman and believes strongly that this is going to "do the trick" so yesterday I was at my Grandmother's with my family and we all stopped and said a little prayer and made the sign of the cross on my forehead and my belly with the holy water blessed by the Pope. So I have a tissue with the holy water in a ziplock baggie - I'll repeat the blessing at home also.

How blessed am I?!?! I'll keep you all posted! I'll take any luck, wishes and blessings that I can get!

Just wanted to share - how nice of this lady (I've never met!) to think of me 1/2 way across the world!

Oh Liz that is AWESOME!! I am Roman Catholic and I would have LOVED to have holy water that the Pope had blessed. You will be with child in no time.

Thanks Ladies - I was born and raised Catholic, hubby wasn't - he is Methodist and we were married in the Methodist Church - I still consider myself a good Catholic girl though.
