Need some advice from IVF'ers

I had 2 embryos transferred on Sunday. So far I have had cramping off and on, strong enough Monday night to wake me up out of a deep sleep.  Other than that, no noticeable symptoms of any kind.  No sore bb's, (TMI) sensitive nipples but nothing really bad.  I have been a little nauseous for a couple of days but sometimes that happens before AF.

Fellow IVF'ers, when did you first start having any pregnancy symptoms after your transfer?  I am stressing myself out and am now convinced that it was not successful.

Thanks for any advice!

Hi, Anita

I can't tell you not to stress out but maybe some info will help.  The embryos do not usually implant until 2-5 days after transfer and it takes a few days after that for HCG to start secreting.  Some women have NO pregnancy symptoms, have negative HPTs, and don't know they're pregnant unitl the blood test.  I wasn't sure I was pregnant, even though this is my second pregnancy.  The symptoms were so minor and odd, and could have been so many others things.  Try as hard as you can to relax, visual the little ones implanting and thriving, take your vitamins, eat healthy, rest, take some walks, stay distracted, and let your body do what it needs to do with as little stress as possible.

Sending lots of baby dust your way!

I don't have any words of wisdom on the IVF, but just wanted to send implantation vibes your way! Take it easy. Shari

True symptoms, probably not until 5 or 6 weeks.   Keep in mind that you still have a trigger shot in your system and are taking progesterone.  Both of which mimic pregnancy symptoms.

I know you are wanting to read into everything, trust me I know, but you are going to drive yourself crazy.

Just take it easy the next couple of weeks.  Hopefully you will get a nice BFP!  : )
