feeling crappy for my choices today
I am feeling crappy tonight for making some bad for making some bad food choices I want to get back on track of eating more the of the right things and I am doing MUCH better this week than weeks prior I guess it's just going to take time!!
I just need to vent to people who get what I am saying!

Have you SEEN my FB status?! At least you have an excuse. Today was a horrible eating day - probably one of my worst ones yet. I really need to stop the all-or-nothing mentality, accept the slip up and move on rather than throwing in the towel and continuing to eat crap the rest of the day.
Ok, so this is your rant, but I just wanted you to know you're not alone. I'm starting over right now and I'm going to start Jennifer's calorie tracking TOMORROW.

It must be something in the air! My dinner was a plate of potatoe chips with a side of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. I felt so sick after eating them, and then I started to feel guilty (especially since I had eaten nearly a whole sleeve of cookies earlier in the day). This is HARD, but we have to forgive ourselves and move on, or we will get stuck in the rut of guilt leading to bad choices leading to more guilt. Focus on the fact that you are doing better, and just keep moving forward. HUGS.
Listen up Ladies!!! All of you stop beating yourselves up! That self depreciating behavior is part of a very evil cycle from our past lives as fat people. You are(or were) nourishing your baby and sometimes(most of the time) pregnant women have cravings. Had you not worked so hard to lose weight and battle your obesity, you wouldn't be so hard on yourselves. Every one of you has scaled a mountain that most women haven't. Draw strength from that accomplishment. Let the beauty of who you are envelope all that negativity and realize the warrior women you are!!!

Thanks Angie........I was just about to post about how I loathe myself for not doing better and losing more weight. Even my FB staus this morning complains about my scale numbers. But you are right.......a positive attitide always gets me further than "downing" myself.
