Good Morning!

Well, my goal for this time when Joe is home was to maintain or keep my gain at 5 pounds or less.  So, this morning I weighed in at 154.2; last week was 154.0, so a gain of 2/10ths of a pound.  I am okay with that.  I feel like I'm doing pretty well.  Once Joe leaves, I plan to hit it hard again!

Have a great week, All!!!

YOu ladies are doing wonderfully!!

Liz,

I've seen references to the 5 DPT but don't know much about it. I really need to do something to jump start the tool again, so if you have interest in doing the test with me, I welcome the support!

Hugs,

Good for you!  Take every pound you can.

Congrats to Jennifer and Andrea, as well, on their losses.  Today I am 267.0  I think that is a couple ounce loss.  But I am on the right track.  The doc upped my depression meds a bit and I have been taking my vitamins (mostly...still working on getting everything every day.)  I also walked twice with my neighbor.  We said we are going to walk every night, but that hasn't worked out yet.  So far it has been every other night.

I am going to try my best to add protein shakes this week.

Good for you Laurie! Don't wait for the neighbor. I promise if you just go out for 30 minutes a day you will see more results. It gets easier and soon you will go faster and longer. I try to look at the 45 minutes a day I walk, as 45 minutes I am not eating or thinking about food.

Good luck to you next Monday! You can do it!

It's weird...  I've been holding steady since the end of May (almost 2 years out now and have 5'ish pounds left).   So, I was tired and beat down this past week and truthfully only made 1 official workout all week.   I swam in the backyard, but didn't really count that.  It's hard to be motivated when it's over 100 degrees every day....

However, when I weighted Saturday, I had dropped a full pound... Go figure!

Travel this week and historically hold steady.  We'll see what happens!
