Another Sex Question

So...,. my hubbie and I are planning to go away for a long weekend to the Wisconsin Dells with Cooper.  It will be his first vacation -- he will be a little over a month old when we go! 

Of course he's sharing our hotel room.  (duh)  We are bringing his Pack 'N' Play for him to sleep in....

My question is probably now obvious.  Is it wrong / bad / evil if we were to have sex in the same hotel room with our sleeping one month old!?!?!?!? 

We can't really put him out in the hallway.....  I suppose we could try to drag the Pack 'N' Play into the bathroom.... 

I told my husband I'd feel odd doing it....  and afraid we'd damage his psyche.....

What do you guys think !?!?!?

You are too funny!!!!!!!! I promise you won't ruin your child's psyche!! I think it's totally normal and fine...The worst thing that could happen is he wakes up to feed and you have to stop! I love the Dells! Do you live near the Dells?

We are in the chicago area so are about 4.5 hours from the Dells excluding stops to change diapers!! 

I haven't been there since I was a kid.  We are also going to House on The Rock.  I have never been there! 

Hopefully Cooper will behave himself!

I think there is nothing wrong with it....as long as you are OK with it.  I can't seem to get in the "mood" when I know my little one is close by.....but that's another story..LOL.  But, as long as you are able to he's not going to know what is going on.  With him only being 1 month old he'll probably be sleeping most of the time anyway.  I say go for it as long as you feel up to it!

Good luck!  The first time we did it after Hannah was born it was strange.  I knew someone else was in the house!   I would have a hard time having sex with her in the same room....even at 1 month of age.   I'm weird like that though!    Cooper will obviously not know what is going on, so if it doesn't bother you I say go for it!

Kaitlin slept in our room until she was 6 months old.

Daniel just moved to her room about 1.5 months ago.

I think I would feel MORE strange about putting the baby in the bathroom LOL Trust me, he won't have any idea what is going on, you are nto going to damage him in the least. If he was 12, I would worry, but at one month the only thing he cares about is eating, sleeping and pooping LOL 

Consider this.....you had sex while you were pregnant(well, probably). Cooper heard it while he was in utero....kinda like he heard you doing the dishes, music, or running the vacuum. It didn't mess with his head then. It's not going to now. Soooooo----go do "the dishes". Nourish your marriage. It's the best thing you could ever do for Cooper.  Have a great time!

I love the Dells!!  We go Mini golfing there every summer and DH and I always stay at the indoor water parks for our anniversary! 

Aethyn sleep in our room until he was 7-8 months old....He is not damaged!! 
The hotel may have a crib...if you didn't want to drag the pack and play along....some places do....some don't!

sex? what is that? :) lol....guess I would have to see my husband once and awhile....lol

Nate is like you....I don't worry about it....Nathan is still in our room too....again, I would have to see my husband once in awhile :)
