Freezer Challenge Days #5 &6

Sorry ladies - crazy day!

I host a cooking class / support group once a month so today I took out

Freezer:
2 pounds of shrimp
a family size pack of chicken breasts
cool whip

As for tomorrow hubby wants lasagna

FREEZER:
ground beef
fresh lasagna noodles

PANTRY
canned crushed tomatoes
tomato paste
spices (salt, pepper)
olive oil

FRESH
oregano & basil (from my garden)
ricotta cheese
mozzarella cheese
garlic
some leftover rolls to make garlic bread

I can see the back walls of the freezer in my kitchen! Lots of frozen fruit and nuts, need to come up with something to do with all of that - I am thinking a mixed fruit crumble (I have blueberries, cherries and peaches I think, maybe some raspberries too) that or smoothies galore!

How are you ladies doing with the freezer clean outs?

Well we didn't use anything from the freezer today!  It was waffle night at my twins request.

Tomorrow we are having ribs, scalloped potatoes, and white corn on the cob.

Ok, here is what the weekend looks like for us!

Sat -

Freezer -

4 lbs London Broil (marinated and grilled)

Fresh -

Corn on the Cob

Pantry/Fridge -

Montreal Steak Seasoning
Worcester Sauce (sp?)
2 Cans Beer
Olive Oil (all of the above for marinade)
Can of Baked Beans

Sunday -

Freezer -

French Fries

Fresh -

large green salad

Fridge/Pantry -

Leftover London Broil
Sauteed mushrooms

Sat we had picinic food at my dad co picinic. It was nice but not all that great food wise.
LOL  i ended up eating watermelon, chicken and a red beet egg. lol


Sat night we ate out.. kinda. I bought general tso's chicken for kids and hubby. And then I bought crab legs!!!! YUmmmy.. hubby did a great job opening them all for me.

so tonight is leftover crab legs, chinese and a miss mosh of all the little things we have in the frig.

I need to go to the store for milk today. Im sucking it down like crazy.

I didn't cook at all yesterday, so I am cooking lunch and dinner today.

Lunch: Low country boil

Freezer:
1lb Shrimp

Pantry:
Red Potatoes
Onion
Old Bay

Fresh:
Corn
Summer Sausage
Onion
Garlic
Watermelon

Dinner: Tilapia With Mango/Peach Salsa, Broccoli, Saffron rice, Tomatoes with mozzerella,

Freezer:
2 Tilapia Filets
Broccoli

Pantry:
Saffron Rice
Tajin (seasoning of chili powder, salt, dehydrated lime juice)
Olive Oil

Fresh:
Salsa
Tomatoes
basil
mozerella

i will use the chicken tommorrow i guess.
