so how long did it take you....
Gained 70 with my first, lost it in 7 months (I had to work at it hard) and now I am at 50 pounds and 4 weeks to go...and I WILL lose this too. Good Luck - cut the carbs, try replacing protein shakes for two meals and eat only protein snacks (soy nuts, half protein bars, turkey/veggie burgers) try to plan meal times even for shakes and try not to stray from your schedule. Its so much easier when you plan it, well for me it is I just tell myself I can ONLY have my menu for the day at the scheduled times. Good luck!!
