Hi all-New to this forum
Hi all, I am 1 1/2 years out from having lapband and 54 pounds from my goal. I just learned that we are expecting baby #3. My other children were before my band so I am just trying to see how everyone's experiences have been. I have been having morning sickness all day everyday since 2 weeks ago and it isn't really predictable. I am really worried about getting my protein in and will talking with my doctor to decide if I need so fluid taken out of my band. Thanks to all *****ad and YAY, so excited to be on here and excited to be 132 pounds lighter for this pregnancy!!!
Kelli
Congratulations on your pregnancy, Kelli! I just had my 3rd baby (1st post-op) after RNY. There are quite a few banded ladies here that have delivered healthy babies, so I'll leave the experience part to them. I had morning sickness 24/7 and making sure I always had something in my stomach was a bit helpful.
Good luck to you and I look forward to sharing in your journey!

Welcome to the board and Congrats on #3!!!! I'm also pregnant with #3 (2nd post-op) I had RNY so can't help much with the band. Wishing you a Happy and Healthy 9 months.

If you're having a lot of nausea, don't be afraid to ask for some zofran to prevent vomiting! I had all day sickness from week 8-14 and would truly have lost my mind without zofran.
