prenatal vitamins Q

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to say that I'm not pregnant and not trying... BUT you guys seemed like the perfect group to ask this, so...

Recently I heard that prenatal vitamins are really good, especially for helping hair growth.. anyone have any experience with this? I'm having a really hard time finding chewable ones without a prescription, and I'm wondering if it's OK to just get the swallowable GNC vitamins, though I've heard/read that chewables are best for post-op (my doctor doesnt' have an opinion on the matter...)

Thanks!
xoxo,
Irina

Irina,
If you have a walgreens near you, you can get OptiSource chewable for post bariatric surgery formula....  They can also be purchased online.  They are the ones my drs reccommended me to use.  I dont know about hair issues but they worked really well and are chewable and formulated for us specifically.
