Monday Weigh IN
I almost decided not to weigh. I woke up with sausage fingers and feel very bloated. I got on the scale and it was up a fraction. I am 190.5 this week up from 190.3. I was actually happy because I was afraid that last week was a fluke and that I would show a gain this week. Also this sets me up for a good loss next week and I finally really believe that I have lost almost 50 pounds (still going to say 50). I have a doctor's appointment on Thursday so it will be interesting to weigh again on a different scale. Plus it will have been 5 months since I started this so I will have an "official" weight.

I am down 1.5 from last monday. But I fluxuate so freaking much throughout the week, tomorrow it will probably say I have a gain.
Overall, I am down 4.5 pounds in the 6 weeks that I have been "trying". So I guess that's pretty good. Just not going to hit my goal by my birthday like I had really wanted to.

Congratulations!!! That is great. I hate the fluctuations too, that is why I only weigh on Mondays. The scale dictates my mood. I am so happy that you are able to do this when Jantzen is still new. I wish I had the will to do this long ago. For some reason the first year of nursing I am ravenous and eat everything in sight. I always gain while nursing. Riley still nurses but he eats a regular diet too.

I officially began tracking and exercising on June 8th. I had wanted to lose 15 by my birthday. But that's only a month away now, and I don't think I can lose 10.5 in 4 weeks. So maybe my goal will be 6 pounds this month.
I have been doing alot of walking that I haven't been keeping very good track of. I need to get something to help me track it so I know what I am doing, and how far I am going.

If you have an iPod Nano, I highly recommend getting the Nike iPod sport kit for $30. It keeps track of everything. If you don't have that, I can send you a pedometer. I ordered 3 of them with my Jolly Time Popcorn proof of purchases and I only needed 2. They have not come yet but when they do I will get your address and send it. I am sure it isn't the best quality but should do the job.
I'm about to freaking lose it. I behave, I eat well, I go to the gym -- by all acounts, my GoWear Fit says I should be down several more pounds. I'm pissed, frustrated, hurt, angry, and fat.

I know EXACTLY where you are coming from. Knowing you and knowing how analytical you are, you just want it to work the way the "rules" say it should work. If you burn 3500 you should lose a pound. It sucks that it isn't like that. I spent 3 weeks with the scale not cooperating. I just kept it up and it went down 8 in one week. I wish I had good advice but I don't. I am happy that my scale stayed the same because I thought it was a fluke last week but if I really think about it, I walked 23 miles and never went over 1400 and I gained .2 pounds!!!
I would give it one more week. I bet your body is like mine and it is going to hang on until it is forced to give it up.
