Tomorrow is WEIGH DAY!
I hope you all have wonderful weigh ins. I am pretty nervous about mine since I think last week was a fluke. I am trying to mentally prepare for a gain even though I have had a great week. Walked over 3.15 miles everyday, calories were consistantly 1400, period came and went ect... I would love to have a loss and be in the 180's. I know that time will be here soon and if it is tomorrow that would make my whole week but I need to be realistic and think that there is no way to have a loss this week after the big one of last week.

I'm afraid!! It's amazing how much you can undo in a couple of days of not really watching at all! But, I'm getting back into the swing of things again. It was just a busy couple of days and we hadn't been grocery shopping or planned any meals or anything, so we ended up eating... gulp... fast food! See you tomorrow at the scale.
