Saggy boobs...

Ok so this weekend my cousin told me that the best advice she ever got was to wear her bra 24/7 while pregnant. She says this is what saved her boobs from becoming very saggy after pregnancy. Is this true?? I just can't imagine how uncomfortable that would be to wear a bra to bed.... I really don't wanna do that! What do you think?

I am not really sure about that, but I know for the first little while I wore a bra 24/7 cause my boobs hurt soooo bad!!  My poor boobs are pretty much non-existant now.    They have gotten so pathetic since I had Libby and BF for 5 months.

I was told the same thing so I was wearing a sports bra to bed at night - really not all that uncomfy.  I just got an all cotton one with no underwire.

I dunno how much worse my boobs can get after losing over 100 lbs!  There's not much left worth saving!

If they are going to sag they are going sag there is really nothing that will "prevent" helping it some maybe but nothing that I have ever heard of works especailly after pregnancy and WLS! Good luck if you try it though!

Again, along with the other ladies.......

You still have boob that DON"T sag? Wow. Mine have been sagging and LONG gone for years now! LOL.

But honestly............I did wear a bra alot of nights later on in pregnancy because they were sore and they hurt, and the bra kept the saggy puppies from being smooshed under me, my armpits or other various areas they drifted off to at night.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

I wear a bra 24/7 but that is due to comfort. The girls are soooooooooo sore that I need someting to hold them. I sleep in a sports bra at night and keeps me from squashing the saggy girls and my reg ones during the day.
