Accountability Post
So overall, I did well for the weekend. I wasn't perfect but I did significantly better than I have been. The scale this morning showed a slight dip in weight (.8 pounds). That's not really what I am shooting for - I need to maintain - but I know that I have plenty of calories/protein/etc so I'm okay with that. I was diligent with tracking my food over the weekend on thedailyplate.com. Usually I just do that mid-week while at I am work but I need to be more accountable to myself so I've committed to log everything good or bad.
I have been doing superb about my water intake and also went grocery shopping to stock up on some healthy options for snacks and meals. Hubby is being super supportive and I am taking it a day a time.
I am headed to Whistler this weekend with friends and it's bound to be a challenge to stay on track. I am going to try to minimize the damage by being super good this week leading up to the trip and then just make the best possible choices while I am there.
How's everyone else doing?

Hi there. I am doing fairly good. I am by no means perfect. And I slip but am trying to eat much better and it's been going well overall for the last month or so.
I am 4 years, 10 months post RNY. I have 15 post partum pounds to lose.....here's monday's stats. I am unhappy with my carb intake. But I ate a sandwich last night for dinner and left the bun on, instead of taking it off!
Calories 952
Carbs 86
Protein 76
My calories were not enough and my carbs were WAY too high. So today, I will be avoiding as many carbs as possible.
