First of all.... thank you for all your thoughts and well wishes.

Had my doctors appt today and we filled him in on everything that went down. He took me off work for the rest of the pregnancy and told me to take my trabutaline pills if needed for contractions and come in if they don't stop. As far as the monitoring he said he didn't think it was necessary, that at 30 weeks this is kind of normal. He said as long as you feel the baby moving around you will be fine...this baby is always dancing, so I know to go in if I have any decreased fetal movement. I have another appt  and ultra sound in 2 weeks. I'm still a little freaked out but when I went to take my "off work note" to my work a bunch of the nurses told me it was pretty common at 30 weeks to have a strip like that, so they made me feel better. Now I just need to relax and try not to contract....so easy with a one year old running around...lol.

Good news...I get to hang out on the board more

Thanks Beth. It's going to be hard to relax because I don't have much ready yet...I thought I had plenty of time. My Baby Shower is in 3 weeks, I'm just going to do a little bit everyday to get everything set up. I sure don't want a preemie, I need Niklas to come home with me from the hospital and be a healthy 7 lbs baby....I'm planning on another vag birth so 7 lbs is good for me

Thank you that makes me feel better, just wish I could get the baby to dance away from his cord.  I also had a FFN test and it was negative...yeah! I hate the way the turb makes you feel...they are crack pills...lol
