Cooper is more than a week old! (Thank You!)
I cannot believe Cooper is 8 days old! A little more than a week ago he was inside me.... I look at him now and have trouble believing it!
He is growing well - he gained 12 oz since he left the hospital (that is 3x more than the doctor expected - sure hope he doesn't have his mommy's obese genes!)
Everyone had warned me about pee-pee "fountains" but no one told me he'd do the same out of the other hole while I was changing him!
I also never thought I'd have to beg a male to suck my nipples! He latches on okay most of the time, but sometimes it's a struggle. (I am also bottle feeding him formula.)
I wanted to say "THANK YOU" to Ann for being my angel - even though I was able to post myself. I wasn't sure I'd be able to -- so it was awesome to have her ready and wililng.
And THANK YOU to everyone who supported me througout this pregnancy -- I honestly could not have done it without you guys!

I do feel terrible that I was not able to post on your behalf :( but I had this funny feeling that you being the strong woman would be adamant about getting online....you are simply amazing.....
I am sooooooooooooooooo happy for you.....your little man is GORGEOUS.....he has more hair than Nathan and he is 7 months younger than Nathan :) lol......
Yes, the poop fountains....aren't they lovely....it happened to Nate and I in the hospital when we were changing him together.....we just sat there and laughed and laughed and laughed.....but when it happened at home again and he sprayed the wall....we still laughed but not so much (mainly because we had to clean it up :) )...lol.....
Keep posting and up to date.....oh, did your FIL join you in the birthing room? JK....lol
