Frustrated.
Ok, I don't post here very often, but you all are so helpful when I do need advise.
I was one of those silly few who got pregnant right after WLS :). I conceived just two weeks after my VSG to be exact. I was able to steadly lose weight throught the pregnancy. I lost 85lbs during the pregnancy. I started to plateu when I was about 30 weeks. When I delivered my son I lost only about 10lbs. I am now breastfeeding and have not lost anymore weight. The scale will not leave the 254 mark. My son is now 2 months old. Now I will be truthful... I have not been all that strict with my eating during and after the pregnancy, and it even seems like I have been slowly able to eat a larger amount of food. This scares the crap out of me. I was just wondering if this is par for the course, or do I really need to get serious. My husbands just keeps telling me to stop beating myself up, I just had a baby and the weight will come off eventually.
I do know I need to get my butt back to working out.
I just don't want to screw with my milk supply.
I remember reading something on this website about a way to RE-shrink your pouch... does anyone know where I can find this?
Thanks in advance for all your words of wisdom
Erin

I was wondering if the honeymoon was over! LOL Ok, now to get serious!
Thanks about the info of the 5 day pouch test, I did think it would be a good idea to look into it when I'm either done with breastfeeding, or at least when he is a bit older.
Thanks
