I second Liz on the 'Taking Charge of Your Fertility' book.  When I read it, I realized I had the education level of a 2 year old re what was going on w/my body.  Get the book - even if you check it out from the library at first until you read it and decide if it helps you.

I have PCOS too - SUCKS!!!!!

It can take several days after ovulation for the fertilized egg to travel down the fallopian tube and implant. When I got pregnant with Bella I got a positive ovulation test on CD14. Hubby and I did the deed on CD13, 15, 16, & 18. I tested 5 & 4 days before AF was due before - got BFNs. The day before AF was due I tested - and got a faint positive..... she is laying next to me on the couch right now! You should check out a website called soulcysters.com. They are a great resource for info regarding PCOS.
