Hey Jen,
im hoping you got up today and those lbs are gone. It happens, right?

I am 191 which means that 3 lb gain was probably just a 1 lb which I deserve.

I keep having so many obstacles that cause me to have an excuse to eat whatever.
My hubby was in a terrible accident friday. Someone slammed into him while he was sitting at a red light, WTF???? Im so pissed. He was released from the hospital with nothing broken but is still in pain. We are both so worried about him losing his job as they are downsizing and if he cant work, they may cut him? F F F F
This and several other things this month are really weighing heavy on me. I think i may need to get something from the dr. Feel like crying all of the time, ugh. I have suffered from depression a lot in my life but none since surgery. I am hoping it will pass but in the meantime, im eating :(

OK can I make a suggestion? Can you perhaps measure instead of weighing yourself and see if that is showing a change?

I am four years out..and honestly that damned scale would not move at times, but I WAS losing!  Measuring yourself might show you changes that the scale is being a peevish pain in the arse about! I was a slow slow loser compared to others, but in the end I got to where I needed/wanted to be. Now I have gained back about 30 lbs (before getting pregnant) BUT its due to major restrictions from exercising because of problems with my neck and back. I was just starting to lose again when I got pregnant! lol Nice timing eh?

((hugs)) DO NOT GIVE UP! You deserve to treat yourself well and this WILL all pay out in the end!
