Sparkling flavored water???

Lately this is my thing.  I love the fruit flavored sparkling waters...the artificially sweetened ones.  I'm wondering if these help to hydrate me or if the sparkling-ness is a bad thing.  What do you think?  I don't feel dehydrated when I drink them.  Oh, and they have no caffeine.

Anything that does not have caffeine or sugar can be counted towards your daily hydration! Which is good, because otherwise I would turn into dust and be blown away, I would never get in enough water LOL

I drink these all the time.  As a matter of fact, I thought about you the other day when I was drinking one.  It is Sam's Choice brand (from Walmart), and it is lemon-flavored.  To me, it tastes pretty similar to the Diet Sunkist lemonade that you like (maybe not quite as much punch).  This one is my new favorite.

Yes, it will keep you hydrated.  Most of these waters do not have sugar (only artifical type) and no caffeine.  However, are they good to drink post RNY or other WLS is debatabable.  Many surgeons tell their patients to avoid carbonated beverages (different theories on carbinated thing stretching pouches), or allow them to go flat before consuming.  I would say if your surgeon did not tell you to avoid carbonation, then they are a good choice for you.
