Nathan is 7 mos+ (heavy pics)
Nathan turned 7 months on June 11th...sorry for the delay....time ran away from me and then I had to head out of town for work.....anyway, here are the updates....
So, here are the stats:
Weight: 19 pounds, 8 ounces (he gained twelve ounces in the last month)
Height: 28 inches
Overall Health:
- Due to his monthly cold, we went to see Dr. Richards again....he upped his pulmocort dose, gave him a quick oral steroid and told us to give him xopenex when we needed it....keep the pulmocort up twice a day until his nine month appointment....he is doing amazingly well.....
- No teeth yet...we thought they were coming but not yet....the drooling is still there....
- Overall, his demeanor is still amazing....everyone we see comments on how happy he is.....and he is not shy at all with smiling at everyone :)
Eating Habits:
- He is still eating about 7 - 8 ounce bottles
- He is on veggies and fruit still three times a day....he liked peas at first and then I snuck one in one night and he gave me the most sourest face....but we mix with cereal now....he loves them all...he is still on 1st foods....likely we will be moving him up to 2nd foods soon....just gotta clean out the cupboard of the 1st foods
Some highlights:
-He spent the last week with his daddy which is a TRUE highlight to us both....Nate came in to help out while I had to travel for work. He did AMAZING.....he is the best dad and Nathan truly loves him.....I am so blessed to have my two amazing Nathan's :) We got some family pics taken together too...see below...
- He took his first plane ride....we went to see my brother graduate from Harvard with two Master's Degrees.....see below....Nathan did a great job on the plane and on the trip (he did come down with montazoomas revenge but we got past that). He got to see his grandma Sue and his cousins Neiko and Elia and auntie Robin and Nadine and uncle Jon and Jim.....
- He got to spend his first father's day with his daddy and celebrated his daddy's birthday this month too!
- We moved to the big bathtub but that did not work out so well....the tub is too big and the seat does not fit well....so we are doing the old tub in the sink still.....but he did take baths in the big tub in Boston
- He is completely sitting up on his own (does a little weeble wobble at times)
- He has learned to pucker up and kiss (see cute pic below)
- STILL No crawling yet but is rolling ALL OVER the living room and that is how he gets to what he wants...he is moving very quick though...
We are looking forward to hearing news soon on when daddy will be released from the Navy and come to Atlanta for good, spending 4th of July with mommy and going to MT to celebrate my mom's retirement.....man I cannot believe he is going on 8 months...where is the time going????
Here are some pics from the last several weeks....hope you enjoy!
Love,
Ann
Graduation in Boston with Family....
And last but not least....the new puckering KISS :)
Thanks for looking....
He is sooo cute...and man does he look like his daddy! Especially the one where your DH is holding him and they're both grinning. They have the same smile and cheeks!
Hopefully your DH will be home w/you permanently - soon!

Hey Ann! I can't believe how much our kids have grown. It's going so fast. Sophie was 7 mos yesterday, so I was just getting ready to post her update when I saw yours. Thanks for all the pictures. I loved them all, especially the one where he's in the green outfit and then also the family pic all dressed in white. So cute. You are very lucky!
