Meet Cooper Lincoln (really long w/ pics)
Oh Cindy! He's just beautiful...and I LOVE the name!!!!Did I mention he's beautiful?!!!! I'm so glad everything turned out all right. His heartbeat dipping was probably because he was a little overdue....it's pretty common. Take care of that episiotomy...ick- Make sure they know youcan't take nsaids for the pain.
Enjoy your bundle!

OMG Cindy he's gorgeous. Congrats honey you did great :)
A word of advice. Take the stool softeners often. I had a 4th degree tear with Connor and frankly that first poop was worse than labor (not trying to freak you out but I didn't know enough to not be constipated...ugh). Eat things you know will go through you softly.
I'm so proud of you - he really is a beautiful perfect baby.

OMG he is perfect!!! So glad that everything turned out well! Stool softeners will be your friend by the sound of it - I think I'd be eating mashed potatoes and apple sauce so I didn't have to endure a "hard poop" lol
Hope that you get to go home today and look forward to hearing all about Cooper growing!

Congrats Cindy - I'm glad Cooper finally made his grand appearance. Just like someone w/a broken chromosome to come late to his own birth. He's very handsome. The photographer did beautiful photos...and you did good baking!
Re the cutting....I'm cringing for you. I had an episiotomy (however the hell you spell it), but it wasn't a 4th degree one. Just the sound of that one is hurting me. My butt cheeks are pulling to gether to protect my bum in sympathy for you! Maybe if you go strictly back to your post WLS diet - protein protein protein and nothing else, you 'll go to that baby-poo stage that we all had post-WLS...and that'll help until it heals up?
