Pamprin, Midol, or Motrin work well for me. If i take tyenol i have to take 6-8 a day 2 at a time and thats just too much.

Pamprin Midol or Motrin can irritate our pouches but if you only take it once a month, it shouldn't be a big deal.. i think they cause ulcers after prolonged long term use.

I used to chase Midol with a few cups of coffee.   I don't recommend this as you will wreck your stomach and have crack shakes from all the caffeine.

Way too much TMI, but the only thing that would ever give me a few moments of relief was an ******   I have had killer cramps since day one of my periods.

Ha! An ****** and cramp relief........sounds like a win/win solution! Now.......to not fall asleep AS SOON as I climb into bed! LOL

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

I get pretty bad cramps again now that I am off of bc, an heating pads and ******s work best for me. A hot bath also sometimes helps - I don't have much luck with tylenol and won't take ibuprofin or aspirin obviously so maybe I'll try crunches next time.

I had terrible cramps after getting off birth control and the only thing that would help was a heating pad and kneeling on the edge of the bed kind of like in a yoga "child's pose" i guess maybe it helped push whatever was in there out...hopefully after the baby comes there won't be so much pressure!

I feel for you, I have always had unbelievable cramps.  The only thing that helps me is Rx meds and the heating pad.  Sometimes it helps to put my feet up on the wall or on the headboard while laying on the floor or bed.  Don't know why that helps but it does.
Hope they go away soon.

Ugh! Ugh! Ugh! How about alcohol? Or Light beer since you're watching calories LOL

I'm a long time sufferer so I can sympathize. Advil and T3 were my mainstay preop. I only had 1 cycle postop before conceiving Everett and am still waiting for my first cycle after his birth. I'm hoping they are better because plain Tylenol sucks and anything of the narcotic family=Mommy sleeping and drooling.

Hot bath/shower and lower back and hand massages help some.
