I was an early ovulator! About 8-10 after start of period really. So my cycles were usually only 22-24 days between. Everyone is a little different and you just have to learn about your own body to know whats going on in there. Happy baby making!! :)

Your luteal phase (time from o to af) should be the same every month for you...but for each woman it is different. My lp was 10 days, so I had a 32 day cycle and o'd on cd22. If I had used the 14 day theory I would have bd on cd 18 and missed the boat completely. Also some women have lp as long as 16 days or so. Some less, like 8 or 9 (but that would be considered a lp defect for too short of time to let baby implant.) I say opk's are the best way to make sure you get your bd time right.
