Ok ladies, I am sorry to bring my dramma here but have a LOT on my mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a lot of wonderful things to be happy for and im down on myself REALLY bad right now.
Ok my highest weight was 380 and I got down to 190 and i am back up to 238. I need some advice on what to do to lose some weight.I have been really depressed so I know that doesnt help. I have been working alot of hours which is a lot of dad time.It is taking care of a man that is bed boud pretty much so i have a lot of down time.He lives in a small apartment and there is only so much i can do to clean and care for him.I work for 15 hours a day.
ANYWAYS ladies any advice is GREATLY appreciated.
I have a few things im going to start doing are
 *Start drinking more water
 *eating smaller and more meals
*try to walk as much as possible

One of my biggest things is i can go two days without eating and then when i do eat,it is the wrong things. When i do eat the right things it is two bites and im full.

Please any advice is greatly appreciated. This weight gain has got me VERY depressed!!!!!!!!!! I have been doing a lot of crying cause NOTHING is even fitting me,please ladies i need some support and advice!!!

After my miscarriage last year I was bound and determind to lose weight. I lost 50 lbs by doing the following -

I walked 4 miles every day. 2 at lunch, 2 in the evenings or 2 before work and 2 in the evening.
I only drank water (at least 64 oz) or 1% milk. No soda, no starbucks (that was hard), no alcohol
I ate ALOT of grilled chicken salad. Serioulsy, it is what I lived off of. Grilled chicken, baby greens, red onion, feta cheese, avocado, strawberries, and nuts  - topped off with dressing. It was SO GOOD!

I was so good about taking my vitamins too - don't know if it helped, but made me feel alot better! I totally intend on doing this again after Bella is born. I was down to 208 when I got pregnant - tha*****t 12 weeks (thank you morning sickness! LOL!), was SO EXCITED to see a 1 infront of my weight first time in at least 12 years. I was 365 when I had RNY 4 years ago, now I am at 238 as of yesterday - I am going to get the 1 back!!!! I am seriously thinking about weigh****chers.... but I don't know if it is something we can really use as a tool.

Hang in there!!! You can do it!

I would say carry some protein shakes with you so if you dont have time for meals you can at least get in what you need. Also take some hand weights to work if you have some down time and try a little bit of moving around with them and some arm lifting and all. Maybe some leg weights that attach to your ankles. I would also suggest getting the depression under control. It is very hard to lose weight when you are already depressed. I know how hard that can be.
However you do it just remember everyone has some hard times. I hope you get to feeling better soon!

ugh.. it is sooo hard.. I hate this battle of fat....sigh..
I was over 350.. got down to about 180... then gained with this last pregnancy. I am 209-212 depending on the day.....I hate that I have this issue..I know what to do to loose..but I am not..why?? I have no flipin clue...its self sabotage ...

for me.. journaling every bite of food I eat is key. I used the dailyplate.com but anything works.
I did stay at about 2200 calories, but did exercise too.. I had a distal rny...not sure what you had. i also try to cut out sugar since this is a big weakness for me and I absorb all sugar calories..

I don't really worry about fat since I don't really absorb it anyway.
but do count the calories.

walking for me was key..did it in the am and evening most days.. at least 4-5 x a week.
drank no calorie drinks... water, crystal light etc..

its so hard..yet so simple.. I don't know... I guess it is good we can all relate though:-)maybe we can all get through this together.
