Are you watching?!?!

I was actually shocked with the maturity of the mother (I think her name was Maci.) I was impressed that she went and finished school, enrolled early in college, continued to work, stayed home with her son, and quit her dance team instead of letting her mother babysit all the time. She acted very mature to me - not like what I've witnessed first hand.

The baby daddy on the other hand needs a swift kick in the buttox. I feel for the girl that she is going to keep having to deal with this issue. I would go nutso on my baby daddy if he went out every night instead of staying home with me and his son. But at the same time, she lets him get away with it.

I hope a lot of 16 year olds will watch it and realize having a child is not as easy as it may seem.

I totally agree and on top of it all he was obviously talking to another girl on the phone in front of the baby's momma!

I'm 10 years older having my first child been married 3 years and I'm still not even sure that we're ready for this huge responsibility.

I think the girl and her baby will be ok eventually, she seems mature enough to do what it takes but the dad needs to get over himself!

agreed, the mom was deff stepping up to the plate.  the dad was an a-hole.  couldn't even deal with the crying baby for two seconds.  What REALLY annoys me is that though I have only been TTC for 2 months, my husband and I wish we could get pregnant so bad, and this kid and her retarted BF have a baby at 16. not fair
