What kind of car are you ladies driving the tots around in these days? I am shopping for a car (possibly new maybe used) just getting ideas to research so I am ready in the next few months (my lease is over on my Altima) and I would like to get an SUV or crossover. Any suggestions are welcome....the good and bad please.

I drive a Ford Expedition. I do like it except it is a real big time gas guzzler. I would like something a little smaller but to stick with a SUV, really need one for the New England winters. I was thinking about the new RAV4.

Good luck on finding a new car...

I live in CT so I gotcha on the New England winters....I was thinking maybe a Honda CRV - cute and good on gas from what I hear. Gosh the Expedition must be killing your wallet.

It's crazy spendy on gas! But really is big enough for our family! And it handles well!

Well I sure wont be getting one of those especially since I am thinking about being a SAHM. But you have 5 kids so its either that or the mini van...

The Honda CRVs are cute!  Gas cost us between $50-$75 sometimes more a week, depending on how much traveling we do.

I have a 2006 Chrysler 300C  it's a nice big roomy car for just 2 kids but, is going to be impossible when the 3rd kid gets here.  I'm looking into a Tahoe or a Minivan!  DH wants the Tahoe and I want the Minivan!  Push button sliding doors sound really good with 3 kids!!!
