Niko has the dreaded
Well, a new day.....still has the fever. When he woke up it was 100. I had given him Motrin at 2 am. he had his tylenol when he woke up at 5:30. By 7am, it was back up to 103.2. For a while this morning, he was being his bouncy and smiley self, then he crawled over to the blanky on the floor, put his paci in his mouth, grabbed his silky and stared at me until he drifted off. After we took big brother to summer school, I gave him a dose of motrin. He had a little bit of bottle and fell asleep. I'm hoping all this sleep will help him fight off whatever this is.

There is a crazy virus going around here, several days of fever with NO other symptoms and then it turns into a flu/cold and then gone.
My dd had it last week, her fever started on Friday and was very hard to control. She went to the Dr twice the next week and they kept saying it is viral and should pass. Finally on Friday it was down to 99. I was so scared. Then by Sunday she had a deep chesty cough. She has been on Mucinex and is finally better.
The more I talked to people about it the more I found out that this is going around big time, and really freaking people out. The no symptoms is really scary and the fever is sooo hard to control.I was so worried about Meg, spent many nights crying. Hopefully Niko’s fever will pass as well.
