ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Migrane for almost two days now, feels like what I assume to be TMJ, holy ouch! Caffeine... nothing, Naproxen... nothing, Percocet... nothing, Imatrax... nothing... what do I do? I'm not prone to headaches so this is throwing me for a loop... not pregnant as far as I know so I'm pretty much willing to try ANYTHING!

I have had migraines forever!  Prior to pregnancy i was on Topomax, Immitrex, and Maxalt. Maxalt worked wonderful. Since being pregnant i was given a RX for Stadol nose spray. I have yet to use it....just afraid it will make me vomit. Most major pain meds make me very sick to my stomach. Usually Excedrin Tension Headache works well for me. It is the only Excedrin that does not contain Asprin......you may want to try it.

My secret for migraines - 2 tylenol, 2 advil washed down with something with caffeine (try to eat too or take a pepcid so your pouch handles it better - I think you had RNY) then lay down with an ice pack behind your neck. I get horrible migraines but this has always worked for me.

Hope you feel better!!

If you aren't pregnant, can you take Motrin or ibuprophin and chew up a Tums or something with it? My surgeon told me to do that when I needed to it and it shouldn't hurt my pouch.

Praying you feel better soon!

I loved Maxalt but Insurance quit covering it, now I take Relpax -for true migraine - but can't while (if) pregnant ..

My OB gave me Demerol to take for Migraine during my 1st pregnancy.

Try Relpax if you can maybe get a hold of a sample?
