Ob Apt today

I had my 36 week OB Appt today. Well, 36 week, 5 day appointment! LOL!

I am dilated to 4 cm but still only 50% effaced. So - Doc says she will see me next week for sure. I know I am early to be "done" but - I am DONE! This kid is never going to come!

I made hubby have sex with me, ate a can of pineapple, have been walking and walking and walking. Nothing. I guess she just isn't ready yet even though Momma is!!!!

LOL....Such sacrifices your DH makes for you...MAKING him have sex.  Poor thing. 

Well...you SAID you wanted to get to 37 weeks didn't you?  Miss Bella's taking you at your word...and then some.  At least you know she's obedient, right?

All in all...whether your done or not...I'm glad she's still baking...and (no voodoo dolls/pins please) hope she keeps it up for another week or two.  It's good for her.

Hey we all know when we are DONE and ready!! Hope she gets here soon so you can have some relief!! I know everytime I got dehydrated though my contractions started quick. Hope everything goes well!! Cant wait to see pics!!

Too soon!  I mean, I know I wanted Sophie out probably at about 32 weeks, but you have made it so far, you can make it a few more days.  Personally, if I could have my way (which does not matter at all, I know) I'd like Bella to stay in there until 38 weeks.  But that is 9 days away, so try not to reach through the computer and choke me to death.  haha.........Hang in there sweetie.  You're almost done!  Try to get a nap while you still can!  :)  Hugs

This is the part of pregnancy that feels like you're crawling toward a finish line. You've done so well and Bella is almost done growing and maturing....take it day-by-day and don't oversex your DH (LOL).

As miserable as I was toward the end, knowing the breathing issues Everett has makes me wish I had the csection at 42 weeks instead of 39. How crazy is that?! Just remember that her lungs are starting to mature now and every contraction is helping her and you get ready for labor. Go ahead and slap me, I know these words aren't very comforting!

Jo my friend - I wouldn't slap ya for being right! LOL! Yes, I know the longer the better - just in that home strech and have NO PATIENCE! LOL!

I know she will come when she is ready. I am hoping that she doesn't have any breathing issues, I did have steriod shots when I went into preterm at 32 weeks, so hopefully those will help a little. With Bailey I was induced at 38 weeks and some change - she had constant respitory infections :(
